Ataque do grupo extremista Hamas já matou mais de 700 israelenses
Uma unidade de forças especiais da Marinha israelense capturou Muhammad Abu Ghali, vice-comandante da divisão sul da força naval do grupo extremista Hamas em Gaza. A informação foi divulgada pelo porta-voz militar de Israel. O comandante sênior do Hamas foi detido e está sendo interrogado pelas forças de segurança israelenses.
Segundo o porta-voz, uma aeronave israelense ainda frustrou uma tentativa de um suposto terrorista de se infiltrar em território israelense a partir da Faixa de Gaza. O infiltrado estava tentando atravessar a cerca na divisa com Israel quando foi neutralizado.
